Our Suppliers

Supporting local producers is one of our core values, and it’s really important to us that your KULA box is filled with high-quality ingredients. We have invested a lot of time finding cool local suppliers with great products. And we are always on the look out for more!

Below are some of the suppliers we are currently working with:

A cacao pod being carefully harvested by hand, representing the ethical and sustainable sourcing of premium chocolate—just like KULA’s partnership with Swiss chocolatier Felchlin for rich, high-quality brownies.

Chocolate

Felchlin Switzerland

Chocolate is at the heart of what we do, and we never compromise on its quality. That’s why we source our 72% chocolate and cocoa from Felchlin, renowned for their dedication to crafting exceptional Swiss chocolate using traditional methods and responsibly sourced ingredients.

Flour

Swissmill

Swissmill is the largest grain mill in Switzerland and has been milling grain in Zurich for over 180 years – turning it into high-quality flour for everyday use.

While Swissmill isn’t a small artisanal producer, we chose them for their consistency, experience and the quality we can rely on in every bake.

Golden wheat fields under a blue sky, representing the locally sourced grains used by KULA's trusted Swiss flour supplier.
A group of free-range chickens roaming in a lush green field, representing KULA’s commitment to sourcing high-quality, local Swiss ingredients, including farm-fresh eggs.

Eggs

Chäs&Co

Since 1983, Chäs&Co has stood for traditional craftsmanship and high-quality food – with a clear focus on cheese as their core range.

While we don’t source cheese from them, we really value their careful selection and commitment to quality. That shared mindset is exactly what matters to us when choosing our partners.

Zucker

Zuckermühle Rupperswil

Our sugar comes from Zuckermühle Rupperswil – a Swiss family business with over 100 years of experience working with sugar.

Over the years, they’ve become specialists in refining and processing sugar, combining traditional know-how with modern precision.

That mix of experience, care and a focus on the essentials is exactly what resonates with KULA.

Salted Caramel

Yann de Bretagne

Our salted caramel comes from Yann de Bretagne – rooted in the rich pâtisserie tradition of Brittany, where salted butter caramel is a true speciality.

In Brittany, caramel isn’t just an ingredient – it’s part of the culture. Made from butter, sugar and cream, it’s known for its rich flavour and the perfect balance between sweet and salty.

We used to make our salted caramel ourselves. And we loved it. But as we grew, we realised that making it consistently well, and at scale, is a real craft.

So we went looking for the best.

Yann de Bretagne stood out for exactly that reason – high-quality ingredients, deep-rooted tradition, and simply incredible caramel.

Because sometimes, it’s worth leaving things to the experts.

Our Lovely Partner

Kleine Freiheit

Kleine Freiheit, tucked away in the heart of Zurich, is a cosy café full of charm and good vibes. You can now find our brownies there, making it the perfect place to stop by, enjoy a coffee, and treat yourself to a taste of KULA. We also highly recommend their delicious mezze!

A delicious mezze platter from Kleine Freiheit café in Zürich, featuring hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, flatbread, and flavorful dips, served outdoors on a rustic wooden table. A perfect spot to enjoy fresh Mediterranean flavors.
